How can I contribute to the fire department?
If you are intersted in contributing to the firehouse there are many ways! You can volunteer for starters and if you want to learn more about that check out our Recruitment Page! Dont have the time to volunteer that is okay! You can always donate to us, that means alot to it. Donations allow us to upgrade tools and equipment or provide training to our fire fighters to better serve the public!
What are the cars with blue lights driving around town?
Great question! Ever see those cars with blue lights driving around town? Those are our volunteers. Blue lights are allowed by the State of New Jersey to be used by firefighters, emts and other emergency responders to respond to there station or building in the event of an emergency.
If you see a car with blue flashing lights coming up and can safley move over please move out the way for them as they are going to an emergency.
